This piece was created with the thought of Animal and Plant in mind and the harmony that exists between them. Starting with this piece flipped vertically, the stump of a tree began forming quickly. as the long flat limbs began to form into tenticals It was switched to a horizontal position. Its story unfolded into a co existing relationship in which one formed the other. The plant like appearance of the Encephalopod gave a subtle commentary of the relationship between all living things.
