Mask Series

This project is a series of hand-painted masks that explore themes of emotion, delusion, and mystery. Allowing the masks to speak fully for themselves, they were later placed on anonymous figures obscuring gender and identity. In contrast, the vivid expressiveness of the masks animates the character, making the hidden self both visible and hauntingly alive.

Each mask serves as a facade, disguising the identity of the wearer and representing the persona we present to the world.
